If you decide to send your booster/pump to us for Service/repair please could you make sure the unit is sent to our works in Winsford at the following address along with this form completed as much as possible to help our service engineer identify the issues

Please can you ensure that the unit is suitably packaged for transport and (if applicable) has had all harmful fluids removed from the unit prior to shipment

On receiving the booster/pump for service an engineer will evaluate it, which will take about an hour. We will then provide an estimate of costs & lead time which we will agree with you before commencing any repair or servicing work.

If you agree with the costs, we will complete the work. If you do not wish to proceed with the work, then we will charge £86.25 for the investigation, plus shipping costs if you want the item back.

Typical servicing time is 3-4 hours at £86.25 per hour
